If a parent has to be in an extended care facility, Town Hall Estates in Keene is the one to choose. My mother has received first class care and service at Town Hall Estates and is always clean and well-cared for. I had one more evidence of the high level of personal attention and caring today when I could not reach my father by phone. My dad is not a resident at Town Hall but visits my mother there regularly. My siblings and I live out of state. When I was unable to track him down, I called Town Hall and spoke with a nurse who also hadn't spoken with him in a few days. I hung up and began searching for a phone number of a neighbor who might be able to go check on my dad. Before I found it, the phone rang. It was my mom's nurse telling me that the Director of Nursing was on her way, driving the three blocks to my dad's home to check on him. He was fine and called me, but I was in awe of the caring this incident represented to me. Thank you Town Hall Estates for becoming part of our extended family. There are no words to express our appreciation!
