Very concerned with the care of the patients. The administration goes against doctors orders by convincing families to sign off of what the doctor prescribed for care of the patient so they can get more reimbursement from Medicare if they are placed into a hospice category. This is fraudulent. Very concerned that the Residency Care Center is working more to make a profit from Medicare than true patient care. Be very careful when checking out this facility for your loved one. If you want them to die before their time, this is the place to take your family member. What a shame. We were hoping this facility had better ethical caring for those who need special care but our eyes sure were opened up that Nebraska has fraudulent facilities as do other states.
