They definitely don't have a well trained or caring staff. Too little information is shared and arrogance is projected by staff. They seem to be aware they are not doing a good job when simple information questions are asked. They seem "put on the spot" and bothered by requests for assistance, also. Patients and family are treated with condescension and both seem to be viewed as less than deserving of attention. The care is simply neglectful. Never go there or send anyone there. Unprofessional facility.

They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. The floors in residents room has not been mopped since she's been there 6 days now. When she gets up to bathroom she sometimes has accidents and there are still stains on the floor where she has pooped . There were ants on the floor which were crawling around on her bed cover also so we had to bring in an ant trap that we've set on the floor under the window air unit where we've seen the ants coming in. The ant trap is still sitting there where we left it and no one has moved it or seen it.
