This nursing home is one of the worst ones I have worked at they are very unorganized, The higher DON and administrate staff will hear you but at he end will turn everything against you, recently had a new DON start and they didn't know the residents well enough to do know weather they were bullshiting or not. They need to be shut down until they can actually go by the rule an aide per 10 residents, very short staffed. They will change the schedules without your consent " so the shifts are token care of" not caring about your day to day schedules. DON"T recommend anyone wasting their time with this facility. Only good thing about the place is the residents they are the most outgoing people, ornery & down to earth.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful .The resident were clean and happy.A great place to tour and come see how much fun they have there!!!! You certainly can tell the residents are well taken care of there and that is what really matters! A GREAT BIG FAMILY!!!!
