Our mother Wanda Edwards was a resident at your facility. She passed early morning hours of October 24th 2014. My family and I would like to thank everyone from nursing, to housekeeping to dietary. Special thanks to Nurse Jada 11-7 shift for being at our beck and call. The CNA's were extremely great with her and took care of my sister and myself as we sat at mothers bedside. The staff, nights and days came Into mother's room to say their goodbyes, told some stories, which made us laugh. We know she could be a handful but that's who she was. Thank you for your care of her. She considered that home even though she still talked about returning to her apt, "on the hill" On behalf of our mother, Wanda Edwards, my sisters and our Aunt Judy Eaton extend our deepest gratitude and thanks. 5 stars for Clarks Mountain.
