Virginia answered most of my questions. I have an eating disorder so my questions specific to diet were brushed aside as the point of my visits is to stop focusing on food and deal with emotional issues. Her staff was very friendly. I was annoyed at a conversation I had with her secretary when I called to reschedule an appointment because of work. She played the amateur pschologist about how my problems may stem from balancing work and my toddler. Eeek! Give me a break already. I took it with a grain of salt but it is still worth mentioning here.

I was very satisfied with my visit with Virginia though. She gave me many new insights and I have been dealing with an eating disorder for 20 years so that is sayiing a lot. I left feeling encouraged. I will be seeing her weekly for therapy and her rate is competitive for this area and very reasonable given the fact that she successfully deals with eating disorders which is a rare. The office was easy enough to find. It is in a secluded location in the suburbs and has no signs out front so it is discreet. Which when you are dealing with an eating disorder and are a professional you deeply appreciate.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
