I love Sussex Family Practice! But a few of their staff are not friendly at all, I don't always feel 100% welcome there. Not a big deal when the medical staff is so wonderful. Occasionally I have to wait on hold when I call them. The lack of charm is only the case with the office staff (& one nurse-Bobbie), Again. no big deal. HOWEVER, the doctors, especially Dr. Davis, are by the BEST I've ever seen. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Despite the issues with the office staff, I wouldn't dream of seeking a P.C.P. anywhere else. Their knowledge, attentiveness, focus & abiltiy to perform many procedures & tests right there at the clinic makes it very easy to deal with the grumpiness the office staff (& that one nurse) sometimes dishes out. I'd walk through fire just to see the doctors at Sussex Family Practice!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
