Dr was arrogant and rude. Wouldn't listen to my concerns. Implied I am an addict because a prior dr from my home state gave me vicodin during my 3 surgeries including a complete reconstruction of my shoulder. He told me basically there is no way a 28 year old has a torn rotator cuff and it's probably tendonitis. Refused to get me an MRI to see what we are looking at. Gave me a cortisone shot even though I had explained that I had 4 previous in my other shoulder that had no effect. He doesn't even close the exam room door while he's with you so every client in the hallway can hear what he is saying. He was even rude to his Nurse. I would not recommend this Dr. to my worst enemy. I am definitely seeking a second opinion. I was so frustrated when I left I was near tears.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
