Whenever I tried to get a simple question answered over the phone, they always said they couldn't answer it unless I scheduled an appointment. It was so frustrating having to drive all the way down there just to get a question answered. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel welcome at all. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their office was clean enough, but I wish they had taken the time to make it more professional and inviting. There was no real follow up after my gastric bypass and I only saw him the day of my consult and then the day of my surgery., I had no teaching, counseling, nothing to prepare me for the diet I needed and I have had complications one after the other from this. My weight loss was not what it should have been. He has now been sanctioned and cannot perform any bariatric surgery to lose weight.
