Dr. Keffer delivered me in 1963 at Riverside Hospital in Newport News VA after my mom had her appendix removed during this pregnancy.(He was actually in the operating room at the time she was 3 months pregnant with me.) He delivered 3 of my 4 sons in 1987,1989, and 1991. He was an amazing doctor! I loved him very much and I am sad that he has passed away. Nancy Register Willoughby
