No problem with the doc. She was not helpful but not unreasonable. I was a victim of their policy of not calling long distance numbers. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. There were a few times during the appointment that I felt like they were ridiculing me a little bit for some of my parenting opinions and I didn't appreciate it. It wasn't too bad, but I still felt uncomfortable. We went there for nearly 2 years and each and every time I felt like every question asked was an annoyance and that she would rather be doing ANYTHING else. The staff was nice enough, but the fact that Dr George would not make long distance calls (and I only have an out of state cell phone) made for VERY difficult times for me and my children. SO glad they stopped taking CHIP so we could find a new Doctor.
