Seeing Dr. Carr was the worst decision of my life, He scared me into a surgery I did not need AT ALL when my father was out of the country. He ended up doing my lower back surgery on the WRONG VERTABRE and failed to put in disc support. This resulted in all of my hardware failing and 3 of my 4 titanium screws broke in half. He also used hardware that was not recommended for a lower back surgery. When I called him in pain and told him something was wrong and that I needed to see him, he scheduled me for an appointment for 2 weeks later. Needless to say I found another doctor. Dr. Carr committed malpractice on me when I was 18 years old. At 22 I had to have a corrective surgery so I could continue to walk. I am now 23 and I am better, but I will never be "normal" again. I still have problems functioning day-to-day. Through extensive tests and research, we found out that all I needed was about 6 months of PT and I would have been fine. I NEVER NEEDED SURGERY. My career choice involved a lot of physical activity and I was forced to change my job to an "office" job. Seeing Dr. Carr was the worst thing that ever happened to me.
