They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They couldn't really answer all of my questions, some of them went unanswered. I was a little unsure about my treatment still. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
