I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. Anita, one of Dr. Cain's office staff, told me early one Monday morning that they couldn't find my file because Dr. Cain had taken it home over the weekend to review. Wonder how that would fly with HIPAA laws?
