One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The nurse is really kind and obviously knowledgeable about my medications and does my refills in a timely manner. There is however a women who I am not sure if she is the office manager or not but is incredibly rude to the other office staff. She sits in the front office but her desk is hidden. She does, however, come out to cut down the staff regularly and I have noticed that in just a few visits. I would still recommend the doctor personally. Though hard to understand at first, he has really change my life with his treatment plan.
