The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I walked out with diet meds they pushed and no headache meds like I went in there for.
