Their office was one of the quietest places I've ever visited. The waiting room is filed with books and the walls are covered in art work. I was able to relax very easily. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a friendly staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Hetherington is a kind gentleman who is interested in many things and is a joy to talk to. Every time we leave there we feel like we have just left the home of a friend or relative.

I have used Dr Hetherington for over 30 years. He diagnosed a skin rash when I was in high school and perscibed a simple treatment. I had already been to a high priced allergy clinic in town for a three day battery of tests and consults with several of their Doctors. None of them identified the rash even thought I asked about it specifically. I was told I needed a series of treatments to improve my imune system. Dr Hetherington has always answered all my questions. You can trsut him.
