Phenomenal. I have several visits to this Texas City location. It is the profession of Medicine at its highest level. The courtesy and on time appointments, concern and attention given to their clients is top notch. on time consistently. No one is every time, but they really endeavor and keep you informed. Eye contact, aware, reports are simple and valid, and if you research at all, you will find Dr. David Ramier and Dr. Sanchez of the highest quality and training you will find anywhere. Did I mention how nice each one is? Both are absolute dead serious about follow up and follow through. Been with another dermo team (BIG ONE) for some ten years, but, these Doctors fixed me up in about 3 visits. If you find a reason to be unhappy with a staff member, discuss it and it won't happen again. Genuine really nice folks all around and they really care. You can actually talk to them, "in person".
5 stars here. Best medical team I have ever seen. My confidence is 100% and Irefer everyone and those in my family there. Real people there.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Their staff was friendly, and did go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
