Our experience with Dr. Alexander has been very difficult. He will not answer questions and seems to get angry if the patient does not understand something. I feel that Dr. Alexander needs a lesson in working with people who are trusting you for care. He may have fine surgical skills but his skills with people are so bad and lack of concern leads to medical complications.

I knew I was getting excellent treatment when Dr. Alexander told me about what he learned at his latest conference and explained how new research could help me. TOA obviously believe in quality care and it is much appreciated, but they have also worked me in when i had an urgent need. Dr. A was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to make everyone (pt, my wife and staff) feel equally respected and cared for, no matter their race or station in life.
