Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. This is the rudest and unprofessional doctor I have ever been to. He should not be in the medical field. It will really make me think twice before I go any doctor associated with ETSU. I would never believe any thing he said and not sure if he is competent
