I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Dr. Machata has an engaging "no nonsense" approach where he encourages and prods you to ask questions so he is sure you understand what he is covering. His review of my chronic conditions was a detailed test of how knowledgeable I was which he concluded by pointing out a few areas where I needed to be more aware. He is also acutely aware of the value of his patients' time and so has demonstrated his commitment having no or limited wait times.
