They didn't even give me a basic explanation about the risks and benefits of my treatment. I had to do my own research. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They definitely rushed my appointment. They kept looking at their watch the entire time I was there instead of paying attention to me. Not to mention that they never bothered to qualify all insurance only the one that pays
