I did in fact attend Northwest Occupational Med Ctr in 2000 after having a confusing series of symptoms. I do not believe that I saw Dr. Lorber at that time or any time since. Why am I writing this then, because Dr. Lorber wrote an insurance influenced and paid for opinion on my medical issues and myself. He did this without ever talking to me. Dr. Lorber being an MD does not have sufficient knowledge about TMJ to make an opinion according to my extensive research. I being a compliant patient have attended 3 pain clinics and do in fact use many of the practices that I have learned. His opinion concerning my health was used to make serious financial and health care decisions. Many of the recommendations have direct negative effects. It is my opinion that any physician that writes opinions on behalf and paid for by insurance companies are prostituting the degree they received from medical school. Not to mention that Dr. Lorber does not have a degree that allows him to practice medical care on the TM joint as it has been shuffled off to Dentists and Oral Surgeons.

They are definitely the worst specialist I've ever been too. They make other specialists look like experts. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They definitely aren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
