They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like.
