I didn't mind that I wasn't able to meet the surgeon before my surgery, because my consultation was with a very knowledgeable, very qualified representative. They told me all about what I could expect, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. It was completely obvious that they weren't respected by the staff or nurses at all. It seemed like they hated working there. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Dr Winters should be in Jail .He ruined my legs with liposuction. I think he needs his license pulled.
