I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. The doctors do not listen to you. My main doctor there was Dr. Kaplan. He would brush off all of my complaints as normal for pregnancy. After a month of complaining about chest pains and shortness of breath, he just kept telling me it was normal, and if it got too bad to see my primary care doctor. I finally got to the point one day I couldn't catch my breath and had to go to the ER. I was admitted into the hospital for several days due to pneumonia. I had also been complaining about severe pelvic pain to eventually find out by one of the other doctors I had developed a rapidly growing fibroid tumor.
