It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. The ID specialists spend 1/2 day per week seeing patients and spend the rest of their time doing research. This translates into long wait times for Appts and inexperienced clinicians. I waited 3 hours before a nurse told me I could not be seen. I was very sick, but nobody assessed my condition. I was rudely dismissed, without explanation or follow up.
