As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

My last visit to Dr. Groner was unacceptable. Although, the office is clean, and the staff are friendly enough, he spend literally less than 10 minutes with me. I felt rushed, and as if he wasn't concerned about me at all. Not that great of a doctor.
