I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
