I stumbled across this site and Dr. Kulick's name using Google for Monte Medical Park.

I have seen Dr. Kulick a number of times for elbow and finger/joint problems, including surgery for "trigger finger lock" (my description?). He will remain my doc for hand and elbow problems (his specialty). An unusually capable physician.
