Excellent doctor and caring. Gave me various tests for medial problems. i really like her expertise. 5 stars for the doctor and no stars for reasons below.
The administrative department was a nightmare. They billed me with the wrong code for medicare so wanted to charge me $275 for a preventive visit. Watch out! as they will not correct it as I was an established patient with medically necessary issues when I say the doctor. After many phone calls they reduced the $275 to $145 but my insurance would pay all of it and more than $145 if they corrected the code. Medicare was very helpful and agreed and said I needed to get my records of the visit to appeal. I left a message for a nurse to call me back and then today thought I would hold to speak with a nurse...1 1/2 hours and finally gave up. Watch out Medicare Patients!! I really don't want to switch my doctor but don't want to go through this again.
