They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was available by phone to give advise and reflect on wether Mom should be seen immediately - then make the appointment to get her in when necessary. They all went out of their way to give care like you were family and important to them.
