My Mother is in the hospital with sepsis because of this Doctor's poor care. After family requested multiple times to administer a simple inexpensive, non-invasive test for UTI; a month and a half later she still had not gotten the test. He says she cancelled appointments because she was not feeling well enough to be up to it. Why didn't this Doctor ask what's wrong that you are not up to home visit? He discounted the health care aide's report of dark, cloudy noxious urine. Evidently the Doctor is above listening to reports from aide or family. This Doctor's ego writes checks his competency can't cash. Dr Hornick likes to hear himself talk, not his patient or family. AVOID this unprofessional quack.
