I have known this staff was I have known this staff professionally and personally for years. Waiting in her office 45 minutes to an hour is standard practice. I was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer by another MD. Thank God I changed physicians. I had quite a large tumor on my thyroid. Her failure to diagnose this tumor effected my life I believe for a good five years. The tumor was quite large and had been there quite a while according to my new MD. On hindsight I would say that Dr. Pratt gave me very sloppy medical care. I would recomend her only if you don't give a dam about yourself.
