This place is a total joke. I wasted almost a month of my time trying to see this doctor. My first visit, the entire waiting room was filled with people and screaming babies, and nowhere to sit...ummm, not a good sign. Hello Cattle Call. But I decided to give them another chance and rescheduled for a week later. When I came in for that appointment with my new patient forms already completed, they gave me about 5 more forms to sign, including a URINE ANALYSIS DRUG SCREENING form, in which this doctor believes he has the right to tell you to pee in a cup on every visit. Ummm...hello, I am not on Parole, and you are not the cops. What a complete and total waste of time, the staff was unprofessional and rude.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
