Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
