My appointments get canceled . The explanation about the risks and benefits of my treatment were not done by the Dr. I had to do my own research. I tried to give them my input or concerns, but most of the time it felt like they just ignored me. I had to continually call for dosages and make sure they were checking the weekly blood tests, sometimes I had the results before they did. They should have been more attentive. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They blame me for their mistakes as well as other facilities that are Mercy facilities. I'm looking for another provider, the arrogance in this office is unacceptable.
