They don't really take that extra step. I'm just another dollar amount to them. Getting a convenient appointment time with them was almost x-husband had insurance on my daughter.When his insurance did not pay ,they turned it over to collections instead of calling me or my daughter.They had both of our phone numbers,So three years later I am having to pay double because the staff was to lazy to make a simple phone call. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was told it was "Out of their hands now".

I feel as if not everything was explained to me. The office manager, Beth, is extremely rude! I would highly recommend finding a new office manager that is perhaps more personable, less gossipy, and more professional. I have heard this from several other of their clients as well. Dr. Morrison was very rude when he lectured my children also. It's as if he feels more superior to others. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
