My mother had a bad tooth in her mouth that needed to be taken out immediately because she had a bad tooth that was infected and she had an abscess that grew inside of her jaw. When she went to see the dentist her jaw had swollen huge. She could not open her mouth. on her own then the dentist said he could not pull the teeth. He prescribed her some penicillin and sent her home. The penicillin did not solve the problem , so I called to make an emergency appointment for her so she can get her tooth pulled, I was told by the receptionist they do not make same day appointment even if it is extreme emergency. I think for that reason is why my mother abscess grew and her health got so bad that she had to have surgery at froedtert hospital to remove the abscess.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
