They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
