They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was seen as a patient 18 years ago and now my 15 year old is starting tx this week...I am excited for my son to get the same wonderful results as I did!!!

Dr. Christensen has to be the most educated orthodontist in eastern washington, not only does he straighten your teeth but he also practices TMJ health, correcting your jaw and bite health. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about my a treatment plan he created for me. They were so nice and professional and even called two days ahead to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Usually, madical offices make you wait, i dont think i ever waited more than 15 min, so they are pretty fast. The whole process was wonderful, brackets rarely poped loose and if they did it was my fault really. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting my braces on. I'm very confident that my oral health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

Dr. Christensen's education is rather extensive and impressive, 12yrs of college! Practicing since 1991. He is the only specialists in TMJ (basically jaw joint health, which he really helped to reduced my headaches surprisingly) as well as Roth-Williams Orthodontics (which i looked into and is pretty interesting, thats why i mention it haha) in Yakima and maybe eastern Washington. They are just, awesome!! You must go here!
