I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I have received 11 crowns from this dentist and only needed one follow up visit to make my bite right -- and that took only a few minutes.
