It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They seemed like they were in it for the money. I was asked over 7 times in my consultation for payment and that at the date of procedeure all payment (my part was expected.) This upset me as I am very capable of understanding procedures and protocol. This also made me mad and I paid the whole bill in full and when it came time to get my refund, it took them over 3 weeks to get me my refund, which I had to request 8 times. I will not and would not recommend this practice to anyone at anytime. Next time I stay in New Mexico and drive an additional 6 hours to another provider. The staff all seemed like they were better than everyone. When my husband went and he is (white) it was a totally different experience. I truly believe they are racist.
