I started going to Dr. Borgman when he first opened his office on N. Lamar. and was always pleased. He bonded my front teeth and said they will probably last only 5 years, 18 years later they are still there and look good. So when my insurance changed, I was saddend not to see him again. Two years ago, my insurance changed again, and I was very happy to go back to him. What has impressed me, is that he doesn't recommend procedures that are not necessary. I have had 3 doctors want to remove the bonds and cap my front teeth. I have declined. When I saw Dr Borgman again I asked "Do you recommend that we take these bonds off and cap the teeth." This was a perfect question where he could have made some serious $$ and capped those teeth. He said no lets not touch them, the bonds are holding and look good there is no reason to mess with them. Why fix something that is not broken. Another thing he did for me, was I had a crown that another dentist put on, and every 6mo it would fall off, after many trips back to the original dentist, I got fed up and went and paid out of pocket to see Dr. Borgman about the crown. I don't know what kind of adhesive he put on it, but it's been 4 years and it has not come off. Charge for that was $25.00. Again, he could have sold me a whole new crown and I wouldn't have known. He is incredibly ethical, not to mention he has a great sense of humor, which doesn't hurt.

I felt like a victim but my teammate was actually the one who experienced the terrible service and customer service offered by this place. We travel for work and have to go to local physicians and dentist when we have an issue and we can say that this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had.

Not only was the customer service at the front very poor, but the service provided was even worse. Dr. Borgman gave her 2 Bonds and that same day one fell off. She went back and the doctor reluctantly repaired it. After less than a week, both bonds had fallen off again!!! She called to see if they could try and repair it correctly, but they claimed the doctor was in a meeting and that they had no times available. She requested a refund and they refused, saying it was her teeth and not the poor job they did.

These people have absolutely no ethics and they basically stole $246 from her and refuse to fix their mistakes. If you want to throw money away...may you should use them, but if you care about your teeth and the value of a dollar...DO NOT USE THE DENTIST!!!!!
