Im not saying that Dr. Brooksbanks is not a good Dr.Im sure he knows what he is doing after 25 years. Listening to him explaining all the ins and outs of surgery is like hitting a play button on a tape recorder. Its all just a repetitive motion to him. Get the patient in and out...thus leading to the problem which is the patient care. I felt like just a number to them. They are not really concerned about you as an individual person or your needs outside of the office that pertain to your office visit with them. A patients care should be on an individual basis not just standard policy for everyone because everyones situation and needs are different.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've stayed open past their closing times once when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was so nice to arrive and see the fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
