I had an appt with berks endo when I got a phone call from the office manager saying they could no longer see me, because I was non-compliant because I apparenlty last time I was there I did not want her to spray that freezing stuff they spray directly on the tooth, after she already did it and with a bad tooth that is pure pain, never did anyone say anything to me at the time or after. I liked the dentists but this lady took it upon herself to dismiss me from the practice with a bad tooth, unbelievable pain on antibiotics and have no where else to turn now except to get it pulled. she would not let me talk to anyone on the phone and was very cold. I hope the doctors see this and how she treats their patients, since she would not let me talk to anyone. I did not deserve this at all. Thank you so so much for another night of pain and misery.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
