ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT WHEN YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT YOUR ON HOLD FOR ALMOST A HALF AN HOUR .. WHAT KIND OF DR OFFICE DOES THIS AND ITS BEEN NUMEROUS TIMES.. I KNOW IT CANT BE THAT BUSY AND HECTIC I HAVE BEEN THERE PLENTY OF TIMES WITH CLIENTS ... THIS IS JUSR REDICULOUS.. I AM ON HOLD NOW FOR 22 MIN.. SMH

I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
