They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like scheduling my appointment was pointless. The staff left to go to lunch early after attempting to ask me to come in earlier for my scheduled appointment. When I suggested I see another Dentist the receptionist replied " You Can." I would not recommend this Dr.'s office to anyone in Elko. They do not understand the meaning of Customer Service and only schedule a quick appt. when they want your money.
