Avoid this office if you care about your health. The Doctor will break your tooth only to charge you for her mistake. Extremely unprofessional.
Additionally, they try to force you to buy their mouthwash and toothpaste at a very high price not to mention the $500 whitening that you do not need. Its bad enough that service is poor and frequent malpractice, their behavior is insult on injury. This is not a dental office but a poorly run sales department. Do yourself a favor and find a professional to treat you and avoid our mistakes.

Okay, WHERE do I begin?! I started going to this dental office back in 2014. They were so convenient as I live in the development right across the street AND they took my insurance. TERRIBLE hours when you work in Marlton and they have no evening hours! All was fine in the beginning until they filled a very small cavity back then. It's normal to feel roughness after getting a filling but it started hurting right away and when I told them, they suggested I purchase their $23.00 tube of sensitive toothpaste at the front desk. Use it for two weeks and come back. Everytime I ate something with seeds OR something rough, I would see stars. They looked at the tooth and kept telling me that they did not see a problem. I told them I did not need the toothpaste because it was not sensitivity. I was so frustrated so I looked for another dentist but had no luck with the insurance that I had. I was desperate so I went back on Oct. 31st. I saw a dentist in there who was a nasty woman and talked to me like I was a child. I did not appreciate that. Now, I understand that I have not been to a dentist since I was with them the last time in 2015 and I am not a regular flosser but really?! This woman had NO bed side manner whatsoever. After I told her that I was diagnosed with acid reflux, that is when she proceeded to tell me that I have cavities in between some of my teeth that need to be filled and the acid was the cause of that. She had to dig between each tooth while spouting off numbers to the sweet dental assistant behind me. She told me that it was NOT going to be comfortable...ignorant!! It's as if she was doing it for spite. Then she told me that because I grind my teeth, the tooth that was paining me has a crack in it. OMG! I told her that these so-called cavities do not hurt but she insisted that I had them. She told me that I would need a deep scale cleaning which I did not disagree with as I knew it had been a long time. The sweet girl at the computer behind me asked her if she was doing any of the "so-called" cavities that day and in a stern voice the dentist barked "Not today! We have others waiting!" Again, ignorant!!
Just last week I found an amazing new dentist in Haddon Heights who takes my insurance and has GREAT hours before AND after work. I actually had to pay $25.00 to get them to transfer all my records and x-rays over to the new office. Robbery...my own information! I guess it was the best $25.00 I've ever spent. I go to this new place last night and she took a look at my pained tooth, shaved it a little and offered me an almond to see how it felt...AMAZING woman!! She fixed it which is all Dr. Drains office had to do!! When the girl at the front desk asked why I was leaving, I told her. She then told me that I was not the first one to complain. Apparently, others have complained about this woman as well! Ha! As for these cavities between my teeth, I asked her what she thought and she said there was a little irritation here and there and suggested I floss once a day...that is all. Sooooo much happier!!
