They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was easy enough to find. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my teeth and answer any questions I might have.
